First Rich was very punctual arriving before the appointment time. He was able to diagnose and repair what a large name HVAC company could not. While the large name company was only interested in replacing expensive components, Rich came in and was able to diagnose the real problem and repair it. He then found another issue that we didn’t even know existed from the original install, researched it in depth with manufacturer, and came up with a reasonable and affordable solution. We personally won’t use anyone else around NWI. Highly recommend.
