First Rich was very punctual arriving before the appointment time. He was able to diagnose and repair what a large name HVAC company could not. While the large name company was only interested in replacing expensive components, Rich came in and was able to diagnose the real problem and repair it. He then found another issue that we didn’t even know existed from the original install, researched it in depth with manufacturer, and came up with a reasonable and affordable solution. We personally won’t use anyone else around NWI. Highly recommend.
Rich and Beth are amazing people! They installed 2 split units (heating/cooling) with 6 ductless cassettes in my 1901 home. We didn’t have heat or a/c in the upstairs of our home. Rich gave me several options I could go with. And was very knowledgeable and answered every question I asked. And never tried to upsell me on any of it. He told me the pros and cons so we could make the best choice for us. Made me feel so at ease with the process. The units work perfectly, quietly, energy efficient and they are in the ceilings and I didn’t lose the old charm or integrity of my old farmhouse. I love it! . They are so amazing!! Rich installed two top of the line Mitsubishi heating and air split units on the second floor of my 122 year old home. He also installed a new central air unit for the main floor. He was very meticulous every step of the way. He was very good at coming up with ideas and thinking outside the box when it came to installing this system in this very old house. It turned out wonderful and works better than I expected!!! I would strongly recommend calling Rich for all your heating and air needs. You won’t regret it.

Woke up to a busted pipe Saturday morning and called up Rich’s heating and Air. What a friendly knowledge guy! He went above and beyond to fix and replace our pipe with copper as well as correcting a safety issue on our water heater. He explained what he was doing and why. He got all the parts and had our washer back to washing within hours. Thanks for the quick, quality repair!
I have 4 kids in my home and my furnace went out right when it started getting cold outside. I was afraid I wasn’t going to get it fixed before the days got colder but Rich came over that very day and made sure it was fixed before we went to bed that night. Very professional and caring guy.
